Dr. Salzman is a doubly Board Certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon practicing in Louisville, Kentucky since 1992. His practice is limited to Cosmetic Surgery of the Face, Body and Breast. Dr.John M. Weeter M.D.

Dr. Weeter is the senior partner in Associates in Plastic Surgery, PLLC. He is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. He
practices in Louisville, Kentucky and has patients that come to him throughout Kentucky and Indiana, and also a number of
more distant states.

Dr. Weeter, a native Louisvillian and third generation physician, graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned his medical
degree from the University of Kentucky. After general surgery training at the Medical University of South Carolina, he
received his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. He received
Certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1979 and Certification of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery
in 1999 from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, of which he is a member. He was elected to Fellowship in the
American College of Surgeons in 1980 and is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

His clinical career has included appointment as a Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of
Louisville, Clinical Director of the Burn Unit at Kosair Children's Hospital, and a member of the Cleft Lip and Palate
Program of Kentucky's Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs.

Dr. Weeter has a long-time interest and experience in international medical care. He has traveled overseas studying,
providing medical care, and teaching in Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, and Taiwan. He speaks Spanish. He was the
Founding Chairman of the International Committee of the Jefferson County Medical Society and Sister Cities of Louisville, and
he is a current member of this Committee. Since 1990, he has also served in South America as a Team Leader with Interplast,
an organization that teaches and cares for children with cleft lips and palates, birth defects and burn scar deformities.
