Dr. Spence is fully trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as general surgery. He completed his medical education at the University of Connecticut, then spent five years as a General Surgery Resident, and one year as an attending physician in trauma and emergency medicine at St. Raphael's Hospital, an affiliate of the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Spence went on to complete an additional three years as a Resident in Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas.

Pennsylvania born, Dr. Cicilioni studied pre-med there, graduating in 1988. In 1992, he earned his medical degree with honors in Philadelphia. He completed general surgery residency and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, Florida in 1999. After residency, Dr. Cicilioni joined Plastic Surgery Specialists, PA in Winter Park where he performed cosmetic and reconstructive surgery from July 1999 to July 2004. On August 1, 2004, Dr. Cicilioni opened his own private practice in Matiland, FL bringing his wife, Lori Cicilioni in as office administrator and cosmetic coordinator.

Dr. Cicilioni is very experienced in all of the newest techniques for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with special interests in breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetic surgery, and pediatric plastic surgery. Though Dr. Cicilioni performs many types of surgery in his office, he also maintains active staff privileges at both Florida Hospital and Orlando Regional Medical Center.
