Dr. Jon G. Finkler is board-certified by the American
Board of Plastic Surgery and has more than 20 years’
experience as a successful plastic surgeon in the
Sacramento area.

Dr. Finkler graduated from The Ohio State University,
where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical
honor society. He then served his internship at the
University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
After completing a tour of duty at Mather United States
Air Force Base in Sacramento, he returned to Pittsburgh
to finish his general surgery residency.

Dr. Roy A. Semlacher is a Canadian Board Certified

Dr. David. J. Kiener has been practicing facial plastic
surgery for more than 20 years and is certified by the
American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery.

Dr. Kiener continues his education and training in the

Medical College of Wisconsin (Marquette). After an
